Sarah Zellman

Sarah graduated from the University of Auckland with conjoint degree of Law and Arts majoring in History. Sarah has whakapapa to Ngai Tahu and the Netherlands. She is also conversational in Te Reo Māori.

While at university, she actively participated in the Māori moot and served as the Secretary for Te Rākau Ture Māori Law Students Association.

Prior to joining the team, Sarah worked for Tamaki Legal where she drafted submissions and undertook cross examination of experts in the Waitangi Tribunal. She also handled various matters in the Māori land court, including an appellate matter.

Driven by her interest in expanding her legal knowledge in civil law and litigation, she joined Grimshaw & Co. Applying her skills in writing, Sarah writes memoranda and assists in trial preparations.
