Sarah Zellman.

Sarah has been with Grimshaw & Co since 2018. Since that time, she has advised body corporates, individuals, and companies in respect of various civil disputes in relation to construction, insurance, unit titles and multi-million dollar building defects claims. Sarah also provides individuals with assistance in navigating public works acquisitions of their land and dealings with local authorities in respect of property categorisation following significant weather events.

Sarah issues proceedings, prepares client and expert evidence, appears in interlocutory applications, and leads and cross examines witnesses at trial. Sarah also assists clients in resolving their disputes through negotiation and mediation.

Sarah has appeared in the High Court, Weathertight Homes Tribunal, Waitangi Tribunal, Māori Land Court, and Māori Appellate Court.
