Elizabeth is the General Manager of Grimshaw & Co and is dedicated to ensuring the firm’s vision; strategic objectives and commitment to the needs of our clients are exceeded. She places the utmost importance on service and ensures Grimshaw & Co provides practical and effective legal advice while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Elizabeth has managed the firm since it’s inception over 10 years ago and has driven the efficient and effective operation of all facets of the business. She has extensive experience in general management and practice leadership across the legal, technology, energy and manufacturing sectors. She is responsible for finance, human resources, marketing, key business support functions and information technology.

Other roles:

Executive member of Strata Community Association NZ.  SCA(NZ) is the peak industry body for Body Corporate and Community Title Management in New Zealand.

Trustee of Newmarket Stage Company Trust.  The trust aims to establish, encourage and support theatre and performing arts in the area of Newmarket.

Chair of Workbase Education Trust Board from 2006 to 2016. Workbase was a not for profit trust with experience in developing adult literacy skills and helping organisations to work smarter and safer.
