On 8 to 10 November 2010 the Supreme Court is hearing the appeals by the North Shore City Council against the Court of Appeal decisions in the two leading leaky home cases, Sunset Terraces & Byron Avenue. Grimshaw & co (Matt Josephson & Gareth Lewis) act for the body corporates and unit owners. The outcome of the appeals will affect all leaky home cases.
