I have a WHRS report with an estimate of costs of repairing my leaky home can I rely on that?

WHRS Assessors Reports are not intended to provide you with an accurate assessment of what it will cost you to fix your leaky building. You cannot rely on the amount stated in the Report to be an accurate estimate for the purposes of settlement at a mediation or adjudication and you should obtain you own assessment by obtaining a proper scope of works from a building consultant and a quote for the work from a qualified builder.
