Philip joined Grimshaw & Co in December 2010.

Philip has experience in Commercial and Civil Litigation, Employment Law and Dispute Resolution.  Philip has had numerous appearances as lead and junior counsel in the District Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Weathertight Homes Tribunal ("WHT"). 

Philip advises clients on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, with experience in professional and contractual disputes, the resolution of commercial and residential property related actions, trade practices (competition and fair trading), construction litigation and Weathertight Homes related claims, company compliance governance shareholder and solvency issues, the resolution of partnership and joint venture disputes, defamation and media advice, and general law disputes in contract, tort and equity.
