Profile:
Matt has a strong academic background having achieved a BA, PGDA, BCOM, (Ag) and LLB, balanced with solid commercial experience within banking and the agricultural sector.

Matt's broad area of expertise covers all aspects in insurance litigation, with a primary focus on professional indemnity work, and he is presently involved in extensive plaintiff litigation for leaky building owners.

He maintains an academic interest in the law, having reviewed the insurance chapter of Thomas Kennedy-Grants book on construction law. He also made submissions which were adopted by the Law Commission in drafting revised limitation legislation.
