Profile
Andrew is a Partner in our Auckland office. He specialises in civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on property and construction disputes.
Andrew worked at Grimshaw & Co for seven years up until 2011. Prior to his return, Andrew gained extensive experience at two large law firms in Australia and Auckland, where he worked on a mixture of commercial, insurance, reinsurance and local government cases.
He has appeared in the Weathertight Homes Tribunal, District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal in New Zealand, and as the instructing solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW. His experience covers interlocutory hearings, trials, appeals, interim injunctions and private high value arbitrations.
