Profile:
Grant has over 17 years litigation experience in Courts and Tribunals in New Zealand and Australia. He has particular expertise in:
(1) Leaky building litigation;
(2) Multi party civil litigation;
(3) Handling professional indemnity claims for insurers of solicitors, building professionals, accountants and real estate agents.

Since returning from Australia in 2002 he has conducted hearings in the Court of Appeal, High Court (civil and criminal), District Court (civil and criminal), Employment Relations Authority, Maori Appellate Court, Maori Land Court, Liquor Licensing Authority, Weathertight Homes Tribunal, Environment Court and participated in many mediations/arbitrations/settlement conferences.

Grant is also currently on the board of Basketball Waitakere City Inc.
